If the fishing is good, return to our on-site restaurant and have our team prepare your fish or crab as part of our cook your catch program.

Hot Springs Cove – offered year-round

Hop aboard the Hot Springs Cove Tour to experience these natural pools, fed by ethereal geothermal waterfalls. Take in a scenic 30-nautical-mile boat ride where you’ll see beautiful coastal wildlife, and wander through a majestic old-growth forest on the way to these enchanting hot springs.

Whale Watching

Take in scenic vistas on your way to whale-feeding grounds near Flores, Vargas and Long Beach. The Pacific Ocean brims with orcas, grey and humpback whales, as well as harbour seals, sea lions, sea otters and porpoises.

Bear Watching

Traverse along the inlet waters of Clayoquot Sound—minutes from the dock— and track bears as they scavenge for rock crab in their natural habitat. Riding in open-concept boats gives you the best possible opportunity for sighting bears, and our knowledgeable guides are the resource for all your questions.

Guided Fishing

We offer fresh and saltwater charters for halibut, salmon, steelhead, lingcod or trout; available by boat, walk and wade, float, heli-fishing, or float plane.

Paddle Boarding

Paddle the Unesco Biosphere Reserve with our unique and private paddle boarding experience. Depart from Tofino Resort + Marina aboard your private boat, drop crab traps on your way out, and prepare for yourself for an S.U.P experience like no other.

The Hatch Waterfront Pub’s menu is a modern take on a local hang out. We strive to use fresh + local artisanal ingredients. The Hatch is a much-loved Tofino institution, folks return for the patio and the pub scene.
